FAQ
Do you take orders by phone?
We do understand that customers may wish to make orders by phone for this service there is a £1.00 processing charge. Please note that we do not take phone orders for less than £10.
Have you received my order?
When you successfully place a credit card order online you will get an transaction email from Protx within a few minutes providing you gave a valid email address. We will send you a confirmation email when we come to process the order which is usually within a twenty four hours of placing your order. Please note that we work 9:00am 5:00pm GMT (we are located in the United Kingdom).
When we dispatch your order we will send a further email. This is usually within one working day. Please check your email account regularly as we will communicate any problems with your order via email. If you have not received any emails from Protx, Triple Eight or Paypal and did not see a 'Thank You' screen it is most probable your order has not been placed.
When will my parcel arrive?
All parcels are shipped, and delivery should be expected within 5/7 days of placing your order. You should receive an email when you place your order and when the order is shipped if you have given a valid email address.
I'm not in the UK can you deliver?
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver your garden products outside the UK.
I can't see what I want on the website. Do you have any other products?
Everything we stock is available on the website. We may be able to source a product for you, please email (info@mrgreenhouse.co.uk) enquiries only
Can I collect the greenhouse in person?
We can accomodate collecting the greenhouse in person if you give us a call. They can fit inside a standard estate car. Here is a picture of one of our 8x6 greenhouses packed into an Alfa Romeo estate car.
Complaints
Mr Greenhouse and Triple Eight want you to be completely happy with our service and are eager to resolve problems. We endeavour to respond to complaints within 3 working days.
